Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2024
By accessing or using PeerCrypt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
PeerCrypt is a peer-to-peer file sharing service that allows users to transfer files directly between browsers without storing them on our servers.
We provide the technology to establish secure connections between users, but we do not have access to, control over, or knowledge of the content being shared.
PeerCrypt does not store any files on our servers. All file transfers occur directly between the sender and recipient's browsers using WebRTC technology.
We do not maintain copies of your files, nor do we have the ability to access the content of files being transferred.
Connections between users are temporary and exist only for the duration of the file transfer. Once the transfer is complete or the connection is closed, the connection is terminated.
You agree not to use PeerCrypt to transfer:
- Illegal content or materials that violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Malicious software, including viruses, malware, or spyware
- Content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
- Any content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
PeerCrypt is not responsible for the content shared between users. We do not monitor, review, or have access to the files being transferred. Users are solely responsible for the content they share and receive.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences that may arise from the use of our service or the content shared through it.
We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that PeerCrypt will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of PeerCrypt after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
